- Stabilization of biogas production and increase of methane (from 55% to 60%) by adding suitable trace elements customized blend.

We use all means that provide information/data to us, such as analyses of samples of the Digester, of the raw materials, as well as videos/photos of the exact picture of the situation in the biogas plant.

Are you experiencing any of the following problems with your plant?

Do you notice a drop in daily biogas production, while you haven't changed anything in the feed?
Check pH and FOS/TAC. Measure the Ammonium concentration. Check the temperature inside the Digester. If all of the above is normal, please contact us.
Do you notice a sudden drop in methane %?
Check the Ammonium nitrogen and do an acid analysis. Contact us.
Are you experiencing a foaming issue?
Take photos and videos and send them to us. From the type of blister in the first stage, we can conclude about the possible cause of foaming. A complete analysis in the laboratory will give us more information about the cause of the foaming.
Do you notice an increase in hydrogen sulphide in your biogas?
